Ante/Post natal Pregnancy and childbirth can place great strain on a women’s body and Back in Motion offer a carefully selected program of exercises to help you cope with the physical demands of this special time.
We offer Ante and Post natal exercise groups with a specifically designed and modified fitness program. The small and intimate classes provide an excellent form of support and our instructors offer advice and education about how to cope with the physical demands of pregnancy. We will also work with you with a range of strengthening exercises to help you regain your core strength following the birth of your baby. To discuss any of your concerns about ante or post natal exercise, please contact your nearest clinic.
